Wooden packaging

Wooden packaging is, in our opinion, a bespoke, cost-efficient packaging solution specially designed to meet the requirements of the product and its transportation. This goes for pallets in custom dimensions as well as for crates in product-specific dimensions. Your product-related packaging requirements are the starting point for the development of wooden packaging or complete, multi-material packaging solutions from wood, polystyrene, cardboard and plastic film.

We also offer competent advice on packaging-related problems, such as transport damage on the packaging or the product.

BOXES

Boxes are the right packaging for goods that require special protection.

We produce bespoke packaging boxes in any size required. From laminated wood, solid wood or product-specific materials – and even with customized interior fitting on request.

For special applications, we produce special boxes consisting of a mix of materials. The boxes can be supplied with customized interiors, such as compartments, fastening points and precisely cut recesses. Our scope of services also covers the production of transport boxes for sensitive goods as well as ISPM 15-compliant thermo boxes and export boxes for sea and air freight applications.

CRATES

Crates lend themselves to packaging larger components that do not require the comprehensive protection of a box. We design and produce crates of solid wood, which protect valuable goods from transport damage. Compared to boxes, crates save on material, weight and costs.

SUPPORTING BARS

Supporting bars are required where a product or parts of the packaging need to be protected on certain spots. Polystyrene and/or cardboard packaging can be reinforced with supporting bars to give them the required stability.

Our supporting bars are manufactured exclusively from dried wood. In this way we guarantee a dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm.
